The Macadam Specialist Ltd is committed to ensuring that our services meet or exceed the requirements of our clients and prospective clients. Focusing on delivering high quality, efficient and effective service that delivers excellent outcomes. 

We have developed and implement our own Quality Management System of all our services, to ensure that all our employees work to the level of ISO and we have set measurable objectives to monitor this. 

The Quality Management System is maintained by a programme of Internal Audits carried out by suitably trained internal auditors. Their aim is to reveal improvement opportunities that enhance our efficiency and effectiveness.

All system procedures and practices are regularly reviewed by administration through the management review process to ensure the effectiveness, capability, and improvements required to meet the changing needs of our clients.

The Macadam Specialist Ltd is committed to achieving the best practices environmentally in its activities. We seek to continually improve our environmental performance by setting and monitoring objectives and targets.
 

We conduct environmental reviews to measure our environmental performance and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements applicable to our business activities.
 

We do our utmost to promote environmental awareness among our employees, sub-contractors and suppliers along with actively encouraging them to adopt the best environmental practice.

Reduce Fuel Consumption across the company with the aim of all electric vehicles.

Reduce Paper Consumption across the company with the aim of being 100% paperless.

The Macadam Specialist Ltd recognises and accepts its duty under law to provide and maintain a safe and healthy environment for their employees and persons who might be affected by the company’s business activities. The provision of a comprehensive OH&S system is an integral part of our business performance.

We believe that OH&S and Welfare issues are integral and should be viewed holistically in conjunction with our other corporate, strategic, and managerial objectives. We seek to supply adequate resources - as required - to provide a robust OH&S system which complies with the law, as a minimum; fosters a safety culture across all our activities.

We will monitor and review our OH&S performance against several key objectives to ensure the effectiveness of our systems and policies, and our compliance with current legislation and our ability to continually improve performance.

The Managing Director is ultimately responsible for our OH&S and Welfare performance and takes responsibility for ensuring our compliance with prevailing legislation, contractual, or other requirements as may be requested .

We will provide suitable and sufficient OH&S training, safety devices, personal protective equipment, and clothing as is necessary to ensure sufficient competence and precautionary methods, safeguarding the OH&S and Welfare of its staff and others who might be affected.

All employees are reminded that they have a legal responsibility and duty to take reasonable care, ensuring their own safety and that of other persons who may be affected by their work activities.
